- When is rent due, what are the late fees and what forms of payment are acceptable?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Late fees start on the 5th day of the month and continue daily.
Sagamore Winds Apartments use software called AppFolio and all rental payments are online only. We do not accept any kind of checks or money orders.
- Do you accept HUD or Section 8 Voucher?
No.
- How long are your lease terms?
We offer a 12-month lease or 24-month lease.
- Your company requires renter’s insurance. What are the requirements and how much does it cost?
Yes, we require all residents to obtain renter's insurance prior to moving in. The only requirements on the policy would be to have 100,000 or more in liability, all names on the lease are listed on the policy, and that Sagamore Winds Apartments is listed as the landlord.
- Do you offer short-term leases?

- What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?

Pet Policy:
· There is a flat pet fee of $300.00 (non-refundable) for cats and $400.00 (non-refundable) for dogs. There is a $45.00 monthly pet rent for each animal.
· We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. This does include emotional support animals.
· We do not accept the following breeds for dogs: Pit bull, Staffordshire terriers, rottweilers, German shepherd, husky, Alaskan malamute, Doberman pinscher, chow, great Dane, St. Bernard, and akita.
· We do not have a weight limit on dogs.
· Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
· Cats must be spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccines.
