Requirements to Rent
Rental Requirements:
Equal opportunity housing provider: We provide housing to anyone who meets our criteria, that criteria being as follow: Upon the completion of your application, we run a credit, criminal, landlord & employment check.
Credit: We run a credit check. We look at payment history, collection accounts, & judgements.
Criminal: We do not accept any battery, theft charges, or excessive drug related charges. You may be denied based on other types of criminal charges depending on the situation.
Landlord: We do not allow there to be any open/outstanding balances or evictions with other landlords. This will result in an automatic denial.
Employment/Income: We look for you to be employed for at least a year with your current employer & for a household income to be a minimum of $42,000.
